In the house, there is a large equipped kitchen with a wood stove, bedroom/bedroom with 4 beds and a tiled stove. Glazed veranda. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The property is close to nature and Dellensjöarna, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 3 mil to järvsöbacken and hazela ski resort. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

Welcome, here you have cheap accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. 3 km south of Järvsö is our health farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guesthouse with a great view of the Ljusnan valley. In the yard, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play table tennis. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area, fun for children. In the yard, there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. If you are a larger group, there is also Gammelgården with 8 beds to rent.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
