Charming and spacious turn-of-the-century house for up to 8 people. Several sleeping areas, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a large dining table for long dinners together. Balcony with hot tub, sun loungers, and barbecue grill. Garden with swings, trampoline, and plenty of room for both play and relaxation. Quiet and child-friendly area close to shops, playgrounds, and an outdoor gym. About 10 minutes to Kalmar and 20 minutes to Öland. Only about 100 meters from the Ironman course (bike section), making it convenient for both participants and spectators.

Close to good bus communications with bus 401 that goes to the county hospital in Kalmar . Bedroom in the loft with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette. Sofa bed for two people in the living room. Water heater sufficient for normal hot water consumption. If there are several people, you may need to take shorter showers. The water heats up again pretty quickly.
