Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

You will stay in a nice old town house in the middle of the historic city center of Oettingen. All restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance, and parking is also nearby. The apartment is on the first floor. It has a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. From the roof terrace you have great views over the city.
