All modern amenities, with wood-burning stove and air conditioning. 60 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, There is a 2-person kayak available. Bicycles are also available.

Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

There is own parking Only 25 min drive to Odense, Odense Zoo and 3 km to the nearest shopping. There are several places in Otterup city where you can charge your electric car.
