The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approximately 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.
