Beachfront holiday rental in Norddeich

Manfred's "Utkiek" corresponds to 100% of the display, and it is the most appealing and cozy of all apartments (also top clean and everything available)! The house is in a very pleasantly quiet location, and the view from the skylights is wonderfully wide and unbalanced. We were in April 2025 with 2 dogs in the beautiful apartment of Nadine in Dangast. We liked it very much. The apartment is great and modern, the equipment was incredibly good, all utensils were thought of, everything was also technically up to date. The apartment is very quiet, yet you only need 5 minutes to the beach. The promenade and dykes are very beautiful, we were able to go for a great walk. There are several restaurants, fish stalls and small shops within walking distance of the apartment. Communication with Nadine and Claus went smoothly, both were very friendly and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

We were spontaneously in the apartment for 5 days and immediately enjoyed the time there very much. Central location, short distances and yet quiet. Everything you need to feel good, including small extras ;-)...just GREAT! Communication was straightforward and inquiries were responded to and acted immediately. Therefore : Highly recommend! We will be happy to come back.

It was a wonderful stay in the forest house. The location in the forest with the lake, the loving furnishings. All around magical :)

This is a new modern beautiful apartment . Everything has been thought of. From beach cooler bag to umbrella, from fantastic knives to talking egg cooker. You can't think of it that crazy or it's there. There is really nothing missing in this house. A top house already lacks the typical of an Airbnb. The apartment features an air climate system that really makes a lot of noise. After 2 days, I got an answer to my question of whether it could also be turned off at night because it really bothered me. Fortunately, that was possible. I found it difficult that I was switched from Airbnb host to between person/ organization ( the name should not be mentioned) and had to create an account/ guest login and received a lot of extra emails.

Everything as described and to our satisfaction. Good location to explore Wilhelmshaven on foot. Was perfect for our North Sea getaway!

We felt very at home at the place. The view is the absolute highlight. Once you have dealt with the bed mechanics, this is also very straightforward. We constantly had very good and uncomplicated communication with Frederike :-) Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work reliably, which did not disturb us. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you need for a cozy break. We will be happy to come back. 🌞🌊

Great place, good amenities. A knife block with sharp knives would have been nice, but otherwise great and more than you needed. Conclusion: We'll be back!

It is really a very nice apartment, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and localities in the immediate vicinity. Arrive and feel good!

It's a great place. The apartment on the 4th floor, view of the bridge is understated, you are right next to the bridge! Panoramic view of the Bontekai and the inner harbor, views over the dyke to the Jadebusen. Great place to eat, walk and as a starting point for sightseeing. However, it is also interesting for many other people, so it is a lively area, many walkers, in the evening also a bit louder on weekends. The apartment is huge and very nicely decorated. Super clean and the pictures on the walls - even painted - fascinating. The new bathroom is a dream, modern and very individually designed. Very successful. We can recommend the place - even if it was a little less quiet than we thought.

All in all a very pleasant stay, it was almost nothing missing, you were even greeted with a few drinks. However, long black hair was found everywhere in the apartment, on the mattress covers that had already been moved in. There was a problem with the hot water towards the end, but since communication with Stefan was easy, we were able to enjoy hot water again after a few instructions.

Beautiful, very clean and well-equipped small apartment very close to the main train station - great when arriving by train and if you are traveling by public transport. We felt very comfortable, thank you!

The house has a great location. You are very central. We were there with a baby and a toddler. Everything you need is there. High chair, children's chair, fall protection,... I'm sure we'll be back.

The cottage has everything you need, the garden is very idyllically located directly on the lake. Be sure to book the hot tub and enjoy the view from there on the lake! The communication was great. Thank you for the good time we were able to spend here!

The stay on Norderney was a complete success! The apartment is superbly located – both the beach and the city centre are within a few minutes' walk. The furnishings of the accommodation left nothing to be desired, everything was very clean and well maintained. I can fully recommend it and would come back anytime!

A very nice authentic villa in an amazing location. Downtown is around the corner with many shops and supermarkets and restaurants. Johanna is a lovely hostess together with her little dog Luna.
