I want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lakefront with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, just 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water. There is a smaller boat with oars. The large cabin is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two stovetop burners, a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom has two bunk beds and two extra mattresses. The cottage is located only a kilometer from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with implanted fish.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Mysig stuga med kvällssol mitt i Mellanfjärden med närhet till restaurang, deli och affär med basvaror. I stugan finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet samt ett gästrum i "gammelhuset" bredvid stugan med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Gästen har tillgång till hela stugan, trädgården och grill. Nära till flera stränder både mot havet och mot sjöar. Täcke och kudde finns, medtag egna lakan och handdukar. Stugan städas ut av hyresgästen innan utcheckning.
