Holiday rentals with a patio in Nord

We had a great weekend at Emma's place. The apartment is cozy ,very cozy and the glass window with its exterior are real plus. Subways and shops are close which and very appreciated Emma is very friendly, responsive and accommodating We'll be happy to go back.

Pleasantly surprised everything was fine Géraldine came to visit us as soon as we arrived the welcome with a smile and listening to us very beautiful bright place to recommend if I go back to wahagnies I will not look I will return without problem thank you to Laurent and Géraldine

Light, spacious apartment in a quiet, convenient location. What really made the stay great for us though was our little ones staying in Nico's son's room. It was full of toys and books and puzzles and a very cool tent bed. Our son was thrilled. It kept him busy for ages and meant that we needed to pack far less. Also very much appreciated that Nico left out the high chair, baby bed etc. for us. It was easy even for little legs to walk down the road to the tram stop. Also, Chez Suzette creperie in the area was lovely and great for kids.Def recommended for families.

Well-equipped accommodation, soap, towels, equipped kitchen. It is better to have a car with a short turning radius for the secure car park, otherwise another car park is available 100m away. Had a nice stay.

We had a great stay, it's a very comfortable apartment and beautiful decorated. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Kitchen is fully equipped and we really enjoyed the open plan of the kitchen/dinning table and living room. Very nice terrace (although we didn't use it due to weather) and easy parking. Communication was easy and very reactive. We will be back! Book it with your eyes closed!

Lovely stay, very peaceful with a beautiful house and garden.

Very nice house, great decor and super pleasant main room to live in!! Host super responsive to messages! Only one very small downside, the hot water was just in terms of temperature for us Mediterranean people who came to get lost in January in the north. I would recommend it!

We had a great time in this very well-equipped and functional cottage, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The environment is quiet and pleasant, while being close to the highway, which is very convenient. A big thank you to Freddy for his warm welcome, sympathy and availability. We highly recommend!

Wedding this weekend, the base was good.

Laurent was very welcoming. Our arrival at the very late accommodation (9:30 p.m.) and yet, he wanted to welcome us himself (however, a lockbox is present). He was very responsive to our various messages. The house perfectly matched its description on the site. Charming house in a very quiet city, 10 minutes walk from shops, and 15 minutes by car from the center of Lille. Old house but completely renovated very little time ago. It is very well equipped, and everything is new, which is very nice. It has a garden and a small enclosed courtyard allowing young children to "ventilate" securely. Finally, Laurent was also very accommodating about the check-out time. We were able to leave the house at 1.30 p.m. instead of the "regulatory" 12pm...:) We were 6 adults and two young kids (20 months and 5 months). In short, a very pleasant stay in a home and with a host who kept their promise.

Stay booked a little last minute, we were desperately looking for a place to stay after several refusals (from AriBnb even without the opinion of hosts..). Jonathan and Veronica were super responsive, friendly, helpful, and understanding. The apartment was far exceeded our expectations and we recommend this accommodation 1000% without hesitation. Everything was as described and photographed, you won't have any unpleasant surprises. Thanks again to Jonathan and Veronica for their kindness and professionalism!

Very pleasant and functional accommodation, close to Lille. No metro nearby but a bus connects the neighborhood directly to Lille Flandre station. Very friendly and responsive host.

A comfortable and very clean studio, peaceful neighborhood, easily accessible from the Fives metro. Ahmed is very considerate and responsive. Great value for money!
