Worth the money i paid, accessible to all i need like store, metro , and Sirarpi provided whatever the guest would need basically that you dont have to buy extra like some basic needs in the kitchen and toiletries. Very good wifi too ! I would definitely come back back to her apartment if i will visit again Armenia next time

Wow. Eva is a very nice person. Reply messages quickly, very helpful for first timers in Yerevan, make sure everything is ok, clean room, fully equipped kitchen, warm room. Strategic location, close to market, all your needs are easy to get. Metro station is close, bus stop is close and railways station is only 1000 dram. Thank you, highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay and was very pleasant stay. It’s like we can have our privacy and felt like family home. There is no any restrictions to use kitchen and general place. But we have to be very responsible as a human being.
