if you've been scrolling through Airbnb options and trying to weigh the pros and cons of staying at a hotel compared to an Airbnb, look no further. This home away from home is central to everything. The host was thorough and a pleasure to communicate with every step of the way, making our stay as perfect as can be. When we come back to Aruba, this will be the only place we stay.

Everything we hoped for and more! Best thing I loved is how fast Josie responded before and durning our stay. Walking distance to everything in Palm Beach, amazing restaurant next door (Azar). It was stocked with everything needed. Was clean, quiet, and safe!! Highly recommended and will be back hopefully soon!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay! We really enjoyed the condo and its location downtown. Loved location by the pool! So convenient. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay again! Great communication!

We stayed at the condo in late May/early June! It’s a lovely space, bright, clean, safe, well appointed for a short stay! Balcony was great! We loved Diego (one of the concierges) and we also loved Happy Hour at the restaurant on the 2nd floor! The location is super central, would recommend renting a car, it’s very easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay again. The condo looks like the pictures. The area is close to a lot of things. The gate is into the complex and not a drive through gate, so you feel very safe. We rented a car but could have moved around with local transportation or taxi. Most of the excursions we took offered pickup so a car was really not necessary. The kitchen is equipped, the washer and dryer was a great asset and the air conditioning works like magic after coming in from the heat. The pool was beautiful and clean. There is a spa with jets but it’s not heated. Also plenty of bath items with great shower gel. Beach towels are useful. We washed clothes everyday so you can bring a minimal supply and we used the same swim suit each day after washing them in the evening. The staff on the premises were nice and helpful. Spanish is their first language but with a translator they will help you if you don’t Spanish. Condo on 2nd floor and you’ll have to carry your luggage up stairs. No elevator.

We had a great stay at Crystal's place. it was cozy, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Crystal was always very responsive. It's in a great location, just 2 minute ride to Palm Beach.

We were very pleased! Condo was very clean. Washer and dryer, provided chairs and cooler, and full kitchen were so nice to have! Loved that my daughter had a separate room and bathroom. When requested, Mary immediately provided a mattress topper for her bed which was a little uncomfortable the first night. The King bed was so comfortable-slept great. Fan in the room was nice. You will need to pick up detergent if you plan on doing laundry which was totally fine. It was so nice being able to wash beach towels each day. If you rent a car there is a provided parking space in the garage so that was very convenient as well. Short walk to several restaurants and shops and a quick drive to most other beaches. Overall loved our stay here!

We loved our stay! Our family of 6 really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with spices, the covered eating area outside beside the pool, the great air conditioning, and especially the 6 beach chairs, towels and cooler! We were so glad we choose to stay here for our first trip to Aruba. We recommend renting a car so you can enjoy all of the beaches around the island. Mr. Joshua answered all of our questions and offered great information to help us enjoy our stay. This area of the island is especially beautiful and not overwhelmed with tourists. Check out Sasariwhichi Dunes, Tres Trapi, Mangel Halto which were some of our favorite spots. The wide open beaches at Eagle Beach were also a sight to see, but the area was a bit too touristy for us. Thank you for an amazing home base for our Aruba vacation!

This AirBnB was just as described and more. Great location, the condo is just like the pics, gated, safe, private pool, and more! I can’t say enough about the hosts! They were the best we’ve ever had. Super responsive, friendly, proactive, and just great people. We will stay with them again when we return to Aruba!! Walking distance to everything; beach, restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment..Book it!

I can't say enough great things about the Bocobay team! They are hands down the best experience we have had with any booking with Airbnb and even better than Hotels we have stayed at. They are very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had about the unit we rented as well as any questions about the area. They are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond for what their guests may need. The unit we rented was exactly as described without any surprises. It had everything we could need during our stay and the location was perfect. We stayed in #623 and it was just a quick walk to get across the street and to the heart of the Palm Beach area. Literally less than a 5 min walk and just a few more mins walk to the beach. Plus, just a short drive to get over to Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina and Arashi beaches and about the same distance in the other direction to get over to Eagle Beach. Such a good location. We will definitely stay with them again on our next visit! :)

Maryann’s condo was amazing! We had a family of seven and the three bedroom with bathrooms worked out great for everyone to get ready for dinner reservations. All the amenities were fabulous, especially the chairs and floaters for the beach, pool, and hot tub! We will definitely be booking again when coming to Aruba!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was perfect for us as a family with kids. The condo had everything we could need - including cooler, ice packs, and beach chairs. We loved the patio view with the pool just outside. The walk to the beach was so close and easy. We had an issue with the coffee pot and the host replaced it right away. The condo was so clean and comfortable. I would stay there on every trip to Aruba!

Un séjour incroyable ! Le logement est parfaitement situé, à deux pas de la mer, et dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des vacances inoubliables. C’est propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Brandie was great! Her check-in & checkout instructions were easy & hassle free. Good activity & restaurant recommendations were given & location was amazing. The condo was very comfortable & nicely decorated. There’s cooler & chairs for beach use as well. All that is needed is more time for vacation 😎

Lovely condo on beautiful Palm Beach in Aruba. The location could not be better, there are tons of shops, restaurants, bars and of course the beach all within a stone's throw of the condo. The area is extremely safe and family friendly and even though the streets outside are lively, we picked up no noise in the condo at all. Beds were beyond comfortable as was the entire space. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer were huge bonus items! We had 4 adults staying the place and it was very comfortable but ideally you have a 2nd full bath with 4 adults. The Vue rooftop bar in the same building has unbelievable views, along with great food, service and craft cocktails. There is a plunge pool so to speak on the other rooftop which is quite small but did offer a private getaway, albeit there wasn't much in terms of deck furniture though our awesome host told us she was going to check into that matter with the building management team. All in all, great bang for the buck, we'll return!

Our family's stay in Aruba was amazing-in no small part due to Wouter! He responded immediately to all our questions. The condo is very spacious, looks exactly like the photos, and had everything we needed. Having a second full bathroom was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool was perfect! The condo also had a number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats that made beach trips easy. Not having to pay money for equipment is huge when beach hopping. The location had pros and cons. The original listing said a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was at least 20 minutes. But there are a number of amazing restaurants directly across the street and we had a rental car. The down side was noise at night from the busy street. It was very noisy on the weekend. Wouter offered to connect me with a rental car. I highly recommend! They met us at the airport and drove us to their office where we were met by Wouter, who escorted us to the condo. So fast, easy and a very reasonable price.

excelente alojamiento muy buena ubicación coincidía con las fotos publicadas es más bonito que lo que muestran las fotos cuenta con una piscina hermosa cochera en el interior de la propiedad el departamento es muy amplio y está muy bien decorado la zona en la que se encuentra es segura y tiene acceso a diferentes atracciones cercano a la playa supermercados minimarkets estaciones de servicio etcétera merry lu fue muy atenta tuvimos un problema con el colchón y lo resolvió muy rápido recomiendo este alojamiento por la privacidad la categoría la ambientación y diseño y es muy buena la relación precio calidad

We stayed for 5 nights and throughly enjoyed our time here. The place was spacious with gorgeous views of the blue water of the Caribbean Sea. We were a short taxi ride from the heart of Eagle Beach and walking distance to supper market and Restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect! Place is clean, good layout, has beach chairs, cooler and coffee…what more do you need? Happy there was a bar in the lobby! Pool has plenty of sun or shade spots. Hot tub was perfect temp. Communication was quick and clear! Great spot for a family of 4 or 4 friends!!

Elisa’s Airbnb at the Pearl Condos exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy, the condo was spotless, well equipped and Elisa’s hospitality made us feel right at home. Elisa even laughed at my fire extinguisher joke—I said, “we hadn’t stayed in an Airbnb and not needed to use one at least once.” The location is fantastic—just minutes from stunning beaches, great restaurants, and all the best Aruba has to offer. The condo itself is beautifully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Whether relaxing on the private terrace or enjoying the pool and hot tub, every moment was pure bliss. Elisa was an exceptional host, always available and responsive, ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish.
