Villa holiday rentals in Nongsa

My son and I spent 6 nights at the villa, we enjoyed our stay very much. Very peaceful setting. The host and housekeeper were very responsive and helpful. Convenient location to make a day trip to Singapore. We went up to Turi beach for most of our meals, walkable or easy to get a Grab. Yes there were mosquitoes but I just went prepared with repellent and and antihistamines. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great house in the peaceful Nongsa village, clean, good communication and service, all amenities available. Thank you for a great family stay, will definitely go back!

We much enjoyed our stay. The villa was nice, well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. it is the best place to go whenever you want to relax in a tropical resort with an authentic flavour. Is is only 45 minutes by boat from Singapore. Commincaton with Oliver was very kind and easy. We plan to come back again!

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

We had an incredible stay at Gran Estancia! The property was immaculate, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that provided plenty of comfort for our family. The attention to detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location—made our experience truly memorable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved the private pool and the fairy lights. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Their proactive communication was a fantastic touch. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for throughout. We would highly recommend Gran Estancia to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

Amazing house for group gathering

Benjamin was responsive to my queries and Uncle along was helpful, responsive and friendly. This was my 2nd stay with their another unit and my big family still love both units alot. To add on, the Muslim utensils was under lock so we are very assured they are sensitive to our religious needs and there is a 'kiblat' sticker to show the prayer direction. Thank you so much Ben and Uncle Leong. we will definitely come back!!

Good place for a family and friends vacation.

The place was wonderful for a large gathering, fully equipped to host large groups with many entertainment options (pool table, karaoke, pool, games room, and children’s playroom). The outdoor space had a large bbq and many tables to chill out. Almost all the rooms had an ensuite too.

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

The host, Fynn, was great - easy to communicate with and prompt in her responses. The property is spacious and can sleep 10-15 adults comfortably. The layout of the house allowed us to hold approx 50 guests easily during our daughter's first birthday party and the kids enjoyed the pool of course.

Everything was as described in the listing, all my family members (from young to elderly) were very satisfied with the stay, we will definitely come back to this place again if we were to arrange another family gathering ❤️❤️❤️

My original booking had an unexpected issue there was no water supply in the unit. However, the host responded quickly and arranged an alternative home for us, which was clean and comfortable. While the situation was inconvenient at first, I really appreciate the host’s effort to resolve it promptly. Good customer service overall. Thank you!

I have a thing with bathrooms, and their bathroom was clean! Its a great stay for gathering of us 5 family. It fits us all. We slept soundly! There was plenty of things to do like snooker or karaoke. Swimming pool was the highlight for our kids! There are alot of choices to choose from grabfood.
