The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

Absolutely loved the accommodation. Do close to Bugis and City Hall MRT. Hosts were brilliant and very responsive when I had questions to ask, even questions not relating to the accommodation. I will definitely look to use you again if I come back to Singapore and will recommend you to anyone I know who is traveling to Singapore.

House was clean, air-con is cold, got lake view, easy to locate and quiet at night, bed and blanket was super comfy. Only flaw are some tiles on the floor cracked already but house owner taped it, however in future might be dangerous. Also shower head is abit hard to use as water is leaking from the pipe. Then the curtain could be thicker abit to block the sunlight in the morning. But overall, it was a good stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptionally proactive, friendly, and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and graciously. The house itself was spotless, reflecting great attention to cleanliness and maintenance. It provided a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout our stay. A standout feature was the kid-friendly swimming pool, which our little ones thoroughly enjoyed—perfect for families looking for a safe and fun water activity. Another major plus was the location. Being very near to MidValley Shopping Mall made shopping, dining, and entertainment extremely convenient. Overall, this Airbnb offers a fantastic combination of excellent hospitality, comfort, and a prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

The stay at Moulmein Suites was fantastic on every level! The rooms are so clean and well equipped with wonderful bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, water, coffee, tea and all bathroom amenities. It is quiet and nice location close to transportation and shopping. My favorite aspect was the property manager, Cathy, who was on site and ready to help in any way possible. Cathy was so accommodating, professional and kind. The owner YiYi is terrific to work with; and communicates quickly and clearly. I can't wait to come back again!

Host responded quickly to 👍🏻 instructions that were easy to understand, the house was clean. Very empy and comfortable bed. All utensils are very quite. Cooking utensils are complete& there is a water filter 👍🏻 very very satisfied and comfortable 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful unit with amazing view, very clean, value for money. Helpful host. However, key collection area is at a different place, inconvenient if you do not use your own car and have luggage. Would rebook this unit, highly recommended

Some pros of this place: 1. Really central and near to KSL and CIQ! 2. Great views and security 3. Washing machine and dryer works as intended + laundry powder was provided !! 4. All the electronics worked well, including shower heater, fan, kettle, AC and fridge 5. Shower water pressure was great, however additional hooks to hang clothes would be appreciated 🙏🏼 6. Beds were comfortable 7. Lots of pillows!! 8. No noise from neighbours + condo rubbish bin is nearby Some cons to note: 1. We were unlucky: the swimming pool water looked green and needed maintenance; some gym equipments weren’t working as well TT 2. My mum’s side of the bed wasn’t clean and she was kept up by itchy spots on her legs 3. Toilet paper was very thin, such that in one night we (4 pax) used 2.5 rolls 4. Shampoo and body wash were in really small hotel containers and shampoo quality was poor 5. It was abit smaller than expected but still great for a short stay! Just bring your hair conditioner XD

Everything was perfect . Host very responsive and have great personalities. The room was clean and smells so nice as soon as you get into the house . Complete toiletries, utensils, and all the needs . I enjoyed my stay , thank you !

I truly enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific Serviced Residence. It's directly connected to MRT Somerset and a large shopping mall Somerset 313, it means you can save a lot of time either commuting for work or eating out. Pool and gym was so clean that I could enjoy peaceful evenings there. Room was crystal clean and was cleaned everyday. Reception staff Marvin was so kind that I could feel like home. Breakfast buffet is of high quality so it is a must try if you have time in the morning. Definitely would stay here again if I come to Singapore.

Location was great, right above Paradigm Mall. Access to the mall was easy too. Unit was as advertised- basic and clean with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. Bathrooms were also clean with soap and shampoo provided. Towels provided. One bedroom had a small bed for a kid, which was great. We stayed for one night only so it’s good for us. Host allowed us to check in earlier which was great too! Only thing to take note is probably the access- it was a little difficult to access the carpark after checkout but we managed to do so with the help of the security guard. But overall good value for this stay! Thank you!

Mark’s fortville Airbnb housing was no less than an amazing place to stay at. The views were good, the place was huge and it really made the stay enjoyable and free of worries.

A Wonderful 3D2N Stay in Batam! I had an amazing 3D2N stay in Batam, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The accommodation was perfect – extremely accessible with a nearby mall and the ferry center just a stone's throw away, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even extended a complimentary late check-out until 1pm, which was such a lovely touch. It really made my trip feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Batam. The location, convenience, and the wonderful service made it a truly memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back soon!
