This gorgeous bungalow is the front house of a duplex on a large lot with plenty of cozy private outdoor space to relax and take in all the wonderful Florida weather!

Start your day off right with a cup of coffee watching the birds, squirrels play in our quiet backyard. You will have a private entrance and parking space as well as the entire studio to yourself. We are located 2.5 miles from the sands of Venice Beach and 2.5 miles off route 75 and downtown Venice. Every minute in this romantic home in nature is a pleasure... This little sleeping bird trailer is in the backyard of my house. It is equipped with a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, air conditioning and kitchenware. There is also an outdoor wooden shower with a washbasin, a hanging tree swing, a gas grill and a fire pit. You can drive to Nokomis public beach in just 5 minutes.
