Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

Possibility of two extra beds thanks to the sofa bed. The kitchen is furnished and equipped and open to the living room. 1 bathroom/toilet (walk-in shower). The linen is not provided.
