What a spectacular stay! Possibly my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Haven's place is in a beautiful location with everything my husband and I needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed our time at the cabin, taking our kayak out for a paddle one morning on Beaver Lake. The dock was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring so many of the fun things NWA has to offer. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, is that while the property is remote, it is not very private. There are multiple stays on the same property, one of which is a large home/wedding venue that had an extended family staying there. While we were not bothered in the least (we had read the description and reviews so knew what to expect), if you're looking to be by yourself, this probably isn't the spot for you. Haven was a wonderful host and offers so many things to enhance your stay. We could tell a lot of thought went into making this an excellent stay for guests. We will be back!

We loved getting to kayak and just hang out by the water! It was perfect.

Raymond and the co-hosts were very responsive and answered questions I had before I reserved the property. We felt at home and enjoyed the hot tub and walking down to the dock. Would stay again!

Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the deck made a great place to just hangout.

Loved everything about this house! The perfect place for a girls weekend especially with it being walking distance to Shebang and Big Shots. Shangri-La was a 5 minute drive and Battlefield a 3 minute drive on the golf cart.

The Rovena is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! The property and surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We loved the views of the lake and many amenities provided to us. Selena was a wonderful and helpful host, even going as far as providing us with additional firewood after we ran out. I would definitely stay here again in the future! 🤩

We loved the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the cabin and the surrounding nature. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

This cabin is always incredibly clean, well stocked and feels like home. We’ve stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

Cassie and Paul were super wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cabin was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for kitchenware, bathroom toiletries, etc. The cabin was small, but setup in a very efficient way that gave us plenty of room for everything we needed. Paul and Cassie hauled us and our kayaks for a great kayak trip that ended conveniently on the river right outside our cabin. We also enjoyed activities in the nearby surrounding area like mountain biking, hiking, seeing the local waterfalls (especially the Tanyard creek waterfall) and Bluff Dwellers cave... Also, we so enjoyed just sitting in our chairs in the river that flowed directly outside the cabin... we will definitely consider coming back again!

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

If you’re looking for a peaceful get away in nature, look no further! This place is like a private piece of paradise. We absolutely loved the emerald, spring fed lake, the peaceful stream that flows out of it and the beautiful waterfall. We enjoyed hiking the trail on the property, fishing off of the dock and cannonballing into the refreshing water. Ivy and Scott are top-tier hosts and we have NEVER experienced such kindness from an Airbnb host. We really just can’t say enough about how much we loved our week long stay here. The price to stay here is such a bargain. We are already daydreaming about our next visit! The easiest five star review!!!!

The pictures don’t do justice! This little place is absolutely perfect. Shay was extremely responsive and patient with me and my requests. I was here for only a short time, but if I am in the area again, this will be my first attempt for a place to stay! Loved everything about it!!

Peaceful retreat. The indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for a lake weekend - we enjoyed the quiet views from the back deck and the ease of use of the boat ramp and dock. Added bonus special space for our dog!

It was a pleasant experience

The home was clean and worked well for us coming and going for a baseball tournament. the location to restaurants, shopping, and the lake was convenient. the home has been updated and nicely done we would book it again.

We planned this stay with very short time. When we got there door code was exactly what she told me it was. It was a tiny little cabin that brought my family closer. It has a separate shower house and bathrooms which were decent. We really enjoyed the fire pit hang out space and the beautiful scenery. Would stay again 100%!

My buddy and I rented this cabin while we were fishing in a bass tournament at Grand Lake. This place had everything we needed and more and the parking was excellent for boat storage/covering during the storms. Place is conveniently located, close to several boat ramps and plenty of things to do when we were off the lake as well. Great restaurants and shopping in the area as well, that our wives thoroughly enjoyed. Will return and would highly recommend.

From beginning to end, everything was perfect. We were seeking solace, comfort & quiet - and got that! A few fireworks at night - but only a few and ends quickly. They have LOADED this place full of charm and amenities. I am a chronic over-packer who brings WAY too much - I didn't need to do that here. What they have v. what they list is ABOVE and BEYOND. From mosquito candles, to daily supplies, to comfort features like extra blankets & lovely robes, to small gifts of snacks left for us upon arrival - we were amazing in every space we entered or opened. This was the PERFECT place for my friend & I to chill for several days. There are hills (both ways) to walk to & from lake - but there's also parking & you don't want miss a lovely walk by the lake. There's so many restaurants & antique shops and the New Life Spa we hit was AMAZING! Coffee on the deck, daily adventures thru the country side & lots of R-n-R. We are already planning a return fall trip! Can't say enough about the Roost!

The house was great, plenty of amenities. It was in a peaceful/ beautiful area as well. Unfortunately we had to leave 1 day early due to all the rain (both ways in and out flood so plan accordingly if its been raining ALOT) we had an amazing time there, house fit us all perfectly!

Nice place to stay, enjoyed the cabin. Location was great, close to shangri la, and the par 3 course. Also right beside a boat rental marina! I would recommend this Airbnb for families or a small group of friends. It also felt very safe and everyone the neighbors were very friendly!

What a relaxing haven! Tastefully decorated, clean, secluded cove perfect for quiet water sports. Wish we had more time to spend here! We’re definitely coming back.
