The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. The farmhouse with its large garden is located within the extraordinary scenery of the private Migliarino Natural Park, owned by the Salviati family since 1500. The fully fenced farmhouse, formerly used as the residence of the gamekeeper, was renovated in 2007 respecting tradition and preserving the original architectural elements.
