You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

Thoughtfully designed and appointed place - has all the things you need and Marcia makes it very easy to get in and check out. Easy to get to Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland and everywhere in between!

We had a great stay in Rockland! The apartment was really spacious, kitchen was very well equipped and bed was comfy. Parking was also very handy and we could easily walk to local restaurants and shops. Would recommend Ada's Kitchen for dinner and Luce Spirits for a drink!

In short, a unique experience where we met a few extremely friendly people. The property has amazing views of the harbor without noisy working boats. We would out this at the top of our rental experiences.

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Wow. What a beautiful cottage on a beautiful bay in a beautiful state. Wonderful host and super convenient to northern and southern spots of Maine to visit. Everyone is nice and kind in Round Pond.

This house was very clean! Everything for making coffee was there and he even left us snacks. He responded very fast to a few questions. Backyard was nice with corn-hole game. The home was a couple of blocks from the ocean and close to the grocery store.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

Everything was as described! Very tranquil setting. Loved sitting on both the sunporch and deck watching the boats go by. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. NIce to relax without the distraction of tv for a change. Enjoyed their Bose radio.. Also the verizon phone /computer connection was excellent. It was a great home base for exploring the mid coast of Maine. Lots of good restaurants near by and the owner offered many heloful hints as to what to see, where to est and what to do. His communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! We had two nights to spend in Maine after a week long trip to Quebec. The lake house was a wonderful place to unwind after our busy trip to Canada. We spent our full day parked in the yard, enjoying the boats provided, reading, playing bags, and just sunning. It was a gorgeous day, and we loved it. The house is spacious, very well-stocked, and has many little amenities to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

This place is gorgeous and right on the ocean!!

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

En un momento tuvimos un problema con la alarma de incendios y Allyson no sólo contestó en minutos, sino que también nos dijo cómo solucionar el problema y nos dejó baterías extra para que no se repitiera. Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
