Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nob Hill, San Francisco

I would recommend SF visitors/families to stay at Raj's place. The location in Lower Pacific Heights was great. Very nice and safe street with classic Victorian homes all around. Easy and free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was full of amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine which we enjoyed each morning. In-unit washer and dryer also enabled us to pack light. The only oddity is that the backyard is used as a day-care facility, presumably operated from the garden apartment. So at times, the common/shared backyard had a bunch of toddlers and day care workers running around having fun. It didn't bother us because we were at home during the daytime so rarely, but just a heads up to anyone who plans to spend a lot of time in the house during the day.

We were so pleased to have Angela's beautiful home as a refuge during a family medical emergency. As things resolved, she was incredibly kind and allowed us an amazing amount of flexibility in the check out process. That was clearly above and beyond her responsibility as a host and truly distinguished her and her lovely space. Thanks, again Angela!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is a feast for the eyes—every room is filled with unique and thoughtful artwork that made it feel more like a gallery than a rental. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept like rocks), and the host left clear, helpful instructions for everything from check-in to the coffee maker. Speaking of which, the coffee in the fridge was unexpectedly great—a rare and welcome touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates comfort with a creative flair!

This place was awesome, we did know the area and it was perfect regarding location to friends and events we needed to be at. Yes we did research to find such a place, and this was it...given the location and area the fee was extremely favorable given the location of the home.

It's clear why this airbnb has so many glowing reviews. It's really that wonderful. Steps to the beach, beautiful kitchen, fully enclosed deck and yard, super comfortable beds and lux linens. Cozy, clean, stylish, warm. A dream. We will hope to return.

We had a great stay! The house was fantastic! We felt so at home and had everything we needed. The hosts were very proactive with us, always keeping us informed. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Shared bathroom was always clean and kitchen always had some snacks. Host check in instructions were super clear.

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

Cozy place that’s bigger than it appears in the photos. It’s on a beautiful and peaceful tree-lined street. The neighborhood is very walkable and some coffee places and restaurants are nearby. You can also venture a few minutes drive to two different commercial corridors. The hosts were very warm and friendly.

A cozy, quiet spot, close enough to everything, appointed and clean and fun enough to be a destination in and of itself. Three very different adults and a unique, picky 9yo all loved it. And Stephen was both helpful and hands-off when appropriate.

This was our second stay at Gigi's, and you'd be hard pressed to find better accommodations. Clean, homey, comfortable, best coffee/breakfast in SF. We love all the books and SF artwork throughout. Looking forward to staying again!

We had a great stay - the place was the perfect space for our visit, and the location can't be beat! We got great instructions from the hosts, and the friendly cats were an added bonus to our entire SF experience. Would definitely stay again!

The location was truly perfect -- excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Walk to UC Berkeley was about 10 to 15 minutes, to Rockbridge BART was about 20 minutes. Emily was a super nice host and helped me with local tips and informations.

Our stay here was wonderful. Jeannie and Skate are the nicest people and were so helpful during our stay. The two cats are very sweet and were so great to spend time with. We loved our time here!

It was our first trip to San Francisco, and if we ever come back — or if friends of ours plan to visit — we would absolutely recommend staying with Susanna and John. I had a wonderful stay! The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in seamless. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge—highly recommend!

Sandor and Giuliana are the best hosts! We loved getting to know them and their sweet dog, Giorgio, and staying in their beautiful home. They made us feel right at home and had wonderful neighborhood recommendations and local history to share.

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and descriptions. We really appreciated the private backyard area to hang out in at some point each day we were there. There was just he right amount of shade and sun and comfortable chairs to lounge in. The interior was just perfect for us as well, very comfortable and well equipped. The bed and linens were comfortable but maybe just a light blanket in the summer time is all you need as it does get a little warm upstairs. We love the neighborhood (our son lives just a few blocks away) and we took the advice of Laura and got some tacos at Oscars Tacos just down the street. Amazing vegetarian options, especially the sweet potato one. Curbiside for ice cream is always a favorite of ours as well, just a few blocks in the other direction. We would recommend for a stay to anyone considering.

It was truly a pleasure to stay at Sarah and Pankaj's place — it was a serene little oasis, and the perfect place to rest up for a day's adventures. I was lucky enough to get to see and chat with both Sarah and Pankaj, who were kind and generous with recommendations. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who is looking to stay in a residential area of SF. It felt like coming home every night in the best possible way.
