Pas de barbecue mais plancha à disposition La maison possède une cuisine équipée, parking et à l'étage une clim réversible, pas de wifi mais la 4G. Draps, serviettes et torchons non fournis. Arrivée à partir de 9 h Départ avant 17 h.

Bonjour Nous sommes Patrick et Jenny , nous vous accueillons dans notre gîte * Gaia * pour des séjours de minimum 2 nuits. Dans le gîte a l etage il y a un lit double 160x200 et un lit simple 90x190 qui sont de très bonne qualité . Terrasse ombragée avec barbecue . Un endroit calme et reposant dans la montagne bourbonnaise. A 10 min : Le Mayet de montagne (tout commerces) A 10 min : Le lac saint-clément ( base de loisir ) A 30 min : Vichy ( Les thermes , restaurants..) A 50 min : Le Pal

Our Gite is often around 3°C cooler than many warmer areas of France, making the gîte naturally fresh in summer. Guests can enjoy a family-friendly 5-seat self-cleaning jacuzzi. This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.
