Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Accommodation for 4 people, in the attic of our "château farm" farmhouse, stone farmhouse located on 1 hectare. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and room for 2 more people (sofa bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro extra/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. Night at 70 euro, minimum 2 nights +0.70 euro/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€20 extra if desired.) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
