The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment located in the hilly area of the city of Skiathos. Surrounded by greenery and complete tranquility. The view from the terrace and the large bedroom window over the town and the islands in front is simply spectacular, especially at sunset! The apartment is new, well furnished and complete with everything. We never used the air conditioning as the apartment is always cool and ventilated. Anneke and her husband, the owners, very kind and hospitable, live downstairs and are always available. A car is needed for getting around. Highly recommended, to be returned!

Wow!!! What an incredible place. My husband and I stayed here the week we got married, and it was perfect. The view of the sea over the infinity pool while the sun was setting is breathtaking and the sun is always shining on the villa. Very clean, spacious and beds are very comfy. Would recommended and we will definitely be back!

We booked a last minute (baby moon) trip and were delighted that George’s place was available, from start to finish communication was brilliant. George and his mother went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accomodation is set in very peaceful green part of the island, a small walk to a small shop, local restaurants and a local beach one side, and the other an adventure by 4x4 to the harder to get to beaches (this was our favourite). The garden is beautifully maintained it was so lovely to wake up to and have breakfast in, the bed was extremely comfortable and bedding so perfectly ironed it was such a treat to sleep in. A lovely big shower. All the woodwork and furniture is beautifully curated and handmade by George himself. We couldn’t fault our stay and recommend you book without delay. We will 100% be back (with baby) Thank you for making our week so special!

This Fantastic, modern house carved into the hillside with the best views of Skiathos was the perfect holiday for us and our friends. This holiday, for us, was all about R&R, its peaceful, private and quiet with a refreshing pool that is the perfect size for the little ones as it’s not too deep but deep enough for the adults to get a few lengths in! The journey into the town is quite significant if by foot and should only be taken on by experienced walkers, its downhill all the way and quite steep, by car it’s around 10mins, we hired a small 4x4 which was perfect for the supermarket runs and brief trips into town and as a party off 8 we used a minibus service if we wanted to go and eat in the town. This holiday was everything we wanted but be mindful that if you are the type who wants to be around the hustle and bustle of the town everyday, eating and drinking l, then ensure to factor in expenses for transport. We had an absolutely perfect Easter stay in Skiathos! The location was ideal - just a short walk from town, yet peaceful and with a stunning view. The house was spacious, pet friendly, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt like a true home away from home. Our host, Despina, is the epitome of Greek hospitality -warm, generous, and incredibly attentive. We spoke on the phone numerous times and exchanged several messages to ensure needs we didn't even know we had, were considered; she welcomed us with Easter treats, bottled water and local wine; she went above and beyond by suggesting a number of available restaurants and even making lunch and dinner reservations for us; she contacted local travel agents to provide alternatives when our ferry was cancelled; In short: she highly contributed to a truly personalised experience - we can’t wait to return!

We had a really enjoyable stay as a family of four at George’s Villa. We have a three year-old and an eight-year-old who shared the bedroom downstairs we stayed in the bedroom opposite. The only thing to mention is that the staircase down to the bottom floor is a bit precarious, without handrails. There is a safety gate to prevent kids going down there, so was not a problem for us. There is another double bedroom on the top floor. The views from the Villa are incredible it is a very private and peaceful location. There is another villa available next door but there was no one staying when we were there. Car 100% required. Less than 10 min drive to Skiathos town and airport (you can actually see the runway from the villa garden in the distance!)

I got a bit lost finding the accommodation ( my fault), and the host was helpful straight away. Also, I accidentally locked myself out, and Maria, the cleaner, was there in 15 min... The house is set one block back from the main street, so a superb location. It was immaculate and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a wonderful few days 😎.
