Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

We offer you a quiet neigborhood, modern and in the same time traditional place where you can relax! The house is equipped with everything necessary for your comfort! Elegant apartment of 45 sqm with a magnificent view of the natural bay of the city of Samos. The distance from the center is 1.2 km, with private parking. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has an open plan living room with a kitchen, a large balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to four people as it has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the area there is a supermarket (1 km), beach (1.5 km), gym (200m).
