Beautiful and clean house. Everything you need is provided, hence no worries. The floor bed is really cosy and able to keep you warm. We all had a good sleep.

Great stay! The house is located right in the center of Takachiho, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. We were able to visit the gorge with ease. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There’s a restaurant within walking distance. The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions. Highly recommended for anyone planning to explore Takachiho!

Our stay with Kaoru-san and her wonderful family was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay, always available to answer questions, recommendations and provide assistance whenever needed. The location was a peaceful haven that allowed us to truly unwind and relax. Waking up to the serene surroundings each morning and with home cooked, delicious breakfast set the perfect tone for our days. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing food! Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared by Kaoru-san - a real treat for the taste buds. Whether it was local specialties or comfort classics, each meal was exceptional. As vegetarians, these meals have by far been the best dining experience throughout our weeks in Japan. Thank you for a lovely stay!
