In the peaceful Suizenji area, beloved by local residents, We have a two-bedroom unit available on the first floor. Right next door is a sun-drenched park. Next to it is a 24-hour supermarket. On sunny days, I enjoy a picnic in the park, just a 30-second walk away, with food I've prepared in my island kitchen—even though I'm on holiday, it feels like 'everyday' life. You can walk to Suizenji Park, and it's about a 10-minute tram ride or a 5-minute drive (if there's no traffic) to Kumamoto's main shopping area. With free parking, Wi-Fi and a work space, it's perfect for both sightseeing and workation. The bathroom has a dryer, so you can stay for a long time without any worries. All the facilities and fixtures were new.One year has passed since it opened in February 2025. From the moment you unload your bags, this place will become 'your home'—enjoy a stay like that.

Welcome to Kumamoto Colorful. This is a 49 m² one-bedroom apartment designed by an interior coordinator with a focus on colour and comfort. Located in the centre of Kumamoto City, it is within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle and Kamitori and Shimotori, making it a convenient location for both sightseeing and business. At night, you can enjoy the view of the illuminated Kumamoto Castle from the balcony. The room is equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils and a washing machine, and is comfortable for both short and long stays. You can rent the entire room on the 6th floor of the apartment building. There is an elevator, so those with large luggage can also feel at ease. It is spacious enough for 2 people to stay comfortably, and it can accommodate up to 4 people. In the past, we received feedback saying, "It would be nice to have a warm water bidet toilet seat," so we installed a warm water bidet toilet seat in December 2025.
