Es liegt sehr zentral - aber ruhig - im Herzen von Nippes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt, nette Cafés, Restaurants und Spielplätze sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn fährt man etwa zehn Minuten zum HBF, auch die Messe ist gut zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Small but nice

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
