In Cologne, private travellers are required to pay a culture promotion levy of 5% of the accommodation price. This amount will be deducted directly at the time of booking.

The flat is usually let on a long-term basis and is only temporarily available via Airbnb.

The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.
