Holiday houses in Nipiditos

So glad we stayed here. The location was excellent- the pier and marina were two minutes away, and the shops, restaurants and bars even closer than that. We loved sitting on the roof terrace listening to vibrant centre while watching the boats coming into the port. The apartment itself was peaceful, clean and welcoming. The host was excellent and even suggested great restaurants, and walks and trips that we might like. Just perfect! Thanks

What words should we find for this excellent house, spotless, well equipped, furnished with taste, with unobstructed views of the sea and the mountains of Lasithi. Our stay at Ninemia Villas was absolutely perfect! The villa exceeded all expectations – it’s beautifully designed and provides everything for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to George and his wonderful wife, who welcomed us warmly and supported us with valuable tips about the area. They truly made us feel at home. The villa was immaculate, with thoughtful details everywhere: from high-quality furnishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms to a fully equipped kitchen where nothing was missing. The private pool deck and the outdoor grill created memorable moments. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Plaka Beach, and the private terrace offered stunning views. For anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Crete, this is the place. Thank you, George and family, for your hospitality and this amazing accommodation – we’ll definitely be back!

We had a very fun and pleasant stay. The villa owner was caring and took care of everything we needed. We are kosher keepers and he took care of everything we will need even on Shabbat. We would definitely recommend to our friends to come and enjoy the unforgettable experience.

We were two families with two children and spend a week in Lena’s house. The villa is specious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The house is in a remote location so you do need a car for everything, but you are in a less touristy and quiet spot of Crete and you can reach most of the top attractions within an hour drive. It’s about 15min drive to the nearest beach and 45min to Rhetymno town. It’s also easy to go to the mountains.

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

Gorgeous lodge complex! Huge garden very well cared for! The pool is very big and always clean! The apartment is very convenient, large, comfortable equipped with everything a family with 3 children needs! It was quiet, and it was an ideal place for a relaxing holiday! It is very close to Rethymno to find restaurants and general shops. But you need a car, which for us wasn't a problem. The closest village (Pigi), for mini market, coffee, food is about 10-15 min walk, by car 2 min. Many thanks to Catherine for her kindness and discretion. He had made sure we knew everything needed for a pleasant stay! We hope to be able to visit the beautiful Pigi Paradise again!! P.S. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the mattresses on the beds because they seemed too hard to me. If that really changed I would feel at home!!
