Beachfront holiday rental in Ninh Hải District

Very convenient for kiting, village walks, fruit and vege market. A little difficult getting gear in and out otherwise great base for kiting along the bay....

We absolutely loved our time in this apartment. Roxy and her staff made us feel right at home. The apartment is brand new and has two amazing office setups with super fast 5G internet for working online. This was huge for us. The rooms themselves are so spacious and comfortable. The mattress and pillows are brand new - We had a great night's sleep every night! The photos really don't do it justice. The place has an amazing onsite restaurant, with everything from a dedicated sushi menu to local and international dishes! The kite itself was incredible! Super strong winds between 30-35knts. The lagoon was great and flat. I took lessons with their teacher and progressed a lot here. We're certainly putting this place into our rotation - it's truly the best club in the area.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the description and reviews about it. We had everything we needed. I liked the coffee that can be ordered from 7 to 16:30 right in front of the exit from the house. At the end of December, not so many restaurants and cafes were open, rent a bike. The owner helps with all questions

My wife & I stayed at Hai An Homestay for 4 nights. It was everything the pictures and description say it is, and more! Hai, Hoa and Duyen were excellent hosts. They made us feel comfortable at home, and assisted us with every need. We were able to get an extra pillow and blanket for my wife, as well as get local recommendations for a driver and rent a motor bike. Duyen even took the time to teach me how to ride. True kindness! The Homestay is super quiet and in a great location to the beach and a short ride on motorbike to the center. Grab rides are also easy to get. The bed is comfortable, AC works amazing, and fan was good. We felt so comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was an amazing one. Everything you could need! We made breakfast every morning there. The café at the Homestay is amazing! Delicious and well priced drinks. My wife and I went multiple times a day! Overall so thankful for this Homestay. 5/5, would give 6 stars if we could!

The hosts were absolutely adorable—kind, proactive, and always ready to help. The location is peaceful, just a short walk to the beach, 20 minutes from kite surfing, and only 10 minutes by scooter to the center, where you’ll find great cafés and restaurants. They also run a lovely café on-site and offer snacks and beverages in the room at very fair prices. Plus, they helped us arrange seats in a van to Da Lat and a scooter for two weeks, making our travel super easy. The place has a warm and welcoming vibe, with adorable dogs around. Grab food and car services work well from here, making it convenient to get around. Highly recommend!
