Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a fantastic time in this place! The house is located very close to the sea, with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The terrace offered a picturesque landscape, and evenings spent in the jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax. The interior was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable – everything we needed was at hand. The host was extremely nice and helpful – it was easy to contact him, and in addition we received great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Peace, quiet, comfort - the perfect place to relax!

There were 6 of us + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But you could still communicate well with your hands and feet. The check-in went without any problems. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt right at home. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel cot and a high chair. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know this beforehand, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

We had a great stay. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the boats, stand-up paddles and bicycles that we were allowed to use. Also, the fact that there are so many kitchen appliances there is great. There is also a large, shared refrigerator with freezer. You have shade on the terrace all day. Our dogs also enjoyed the stay. We left them on their tow lines, as the garden wall is too low for them to reach the sea. However, this provides a unique view of the sea. Except for a few walkers and anglers who passed by the beach, we were all alone. Great, exactly what we wanted! I can only recommend the Stonehouse. However, if you have problems with the noise from the street, you should think carefully about booking. You can hear the street at all times, because it is always busy. In addition, there is a lot of construction in the area.

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Iva's place is a real home from home - there was everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is spacious but cosy. The kitchen is really well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Having a washing machine was a great bonus - as was the lovely deep bath. The balcony gets the sun all day. As others have said, there are a few bars on the street below which are noisy until after 1am. I am a light sleeper and I wear earplugs every night and it did still disturb me somewhat, but my husband (who doesn't use earplugs) slept absolutely fine. Other than that the location is perfect - bang in the centre of town, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the sea front (unmissable at sunset) and there's a nice park right next door which is great for a shady run. Iva is a great host, very responsive. the apartment is very secure with locked gates and a key card for the lift. We had a lovely time here - thank you Iva!

Krasna is very friendly and kind. Environment: house last in the street, quiet, peaceful. Large backyard, perfect for family with child. BBQ grill. Toaster, kettle, hair dryer. There was nothing missing. A smaller house, two adults and two small children ideal. There was more storage space missing for food, for example. We would definitely come again in a year

Lovely apartment, nicely presented. Conveniently located, right in the Old Town. Josip was very repsonsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Dinos. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a few days. It's in a quiet part of town and don't be put off by the outside areas. We felt safe. The flat was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The old town was 10mins walking distance away. The beach was a little further (20-25mins) fine if you like to walk and only about €5-6 in a uber. There were a few nice cafe bars and restaurants around which were very welcoming if you didnt fancy a walk into town on an evening. All in all a very pleasant stay and if we do return to Zadar we would be looking to book with Dino again. Added bonus he let us drop our bags with the cleaner after our early morning flight and then we could check in at 1pm. Thanks again.

We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Super quiet location and the beach is right outside the door. We'll be back.

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The studio is very nice and cosily furnished. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and make a lot of effort to have a nice garden. Right outside the door is a pool that can be used at any time during the day. There are tables and chairs outside where you can eat. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is a 30-minute walk to the city centre. With Bolt or Uber Pro, it's about €7 (5 min). Thank you for everything.

Our 15-day stay in this fantastic apartment in Privlaka was already our second visit and again simply fantastic. The apartment was spacious, modernly furnished and offered everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool, which was perfect for cooling off on the many hot days, as well as the well-kept garden by spending many hours. The location was ideally quiet yet close enough to all the main attractions. The hosts were incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the children and as others have written Zoran and his lovely family were kind and attentive without being intrusive, thank you for your kind gestures like fruit, delicious pancakes and the gifts given to the children on leaving. We cannot recommend highly enough.

The apartment is superbly furnished, has a large terrace with a fantastic view. The infinity pool with a view of the sea is located in a very beautifully maintained garden. The location of the property directly by the sea, with a staircase to the private, concreted sunbathing area with sun loungers and a parasol, is exceptionally beautiful. The beach is flat and the ground is mostly sandy. The landlady Vesna has furnished the apartment with a lot of love, and everything is functional and generous. Water, orange juice and milk were ready in the cold refrigerator. Ivan discreetly ensures the cleanliness of the pool and garden area every day. Vesna and Ivan are very warm hosts and are always trying to give guests maximum privacy, we had the pool and the beach area to ourselves.

We were very warmly welcomed by Mirjana and Mladen and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The large property is designed with great attention to detail – romantic, quiet and simply perfect for relaxing. The accommodation is wonderfully integrated into nature and offers a unique atmosphere. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!
