Holiday rentals with a patio in Nima, Ayawaso

Ashish's place is home away from home.Bigger space and rooms.All rooms are clean. Easy location and access to basic amenities at a feeling station opposite . Michael,the caretaker is friendly and respectful,always available whenever we needed something. I will recommend this place any day.Its my 2nd time n hope to visit again anytime I'm in town.

This is by far the best Airbnb accommodation I've experienced in Accra. The building's location is close enough to Osu, but quiet. Amenities are good and the bar downstairs had excellent music. The apartment is on the top floor and is a corner unit, with really nice views of the ocean on one end, and greenery on the other end. Decor is artistic yet simple, and I felt right at home with plants. The hosts were responsive at all times. I'm definitely hoping it's available whenever next I'm back in Accra.

The apartment was very well organized with everything you expect for your comfort. The fibre optic internet was extremely fast and working from there was so great. The balcony view was very beautiful too. The Host Bea was very responsive and made sure of my comfort. I cant wait to be back again ....

I stayed here for a week and already looking forward to returning back. Felix and co host Festus was amazing always responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had. They reguarly checked in to ensure we was good. Festus even gave us information on places to go as it was our first time in Ghana. The apartment looked exactly as the photos all 3 bedrooms were perfect size so clean and spacious all had an ensuite bathroom, decor looks exactly has described, extra bonus for the housekeeper who was available whenever we needed. No issues with internet service and we had all the streaming apps available on the tv , this apartment has the best view of the main pool & gym being in the central location there is even a cafe onsite, embassy gardens is the perfect location for all the places we needed to go all within 10- 15 mins drive. The area is peaceful and felt very safe. I was grateful that Felix was able to accomodate our later check out as we had a late flight. 100% recommend this place.

I had a fantastic stay at Presley’s apartment. The location is super central, making it easy to get around the city without getting stuck in heavy traffic. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully furnished, and very accessible. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hands-on throughout my stay. Presley was a wonderful host. He was always available and ready to assist with anything I needed. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

We had a great stay at the house. Margaret was very responsive and helpful when needed. When the Wi-Fi went down due to external circumstances, she actioned quickly and kept in contact with me the entire time until it was resolved. The host was very accommodating to our requests and super friendly. The grounds keeper, Fred was amazing, he was extremely helpful and always accessible. He went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and attended to our needs. He was friendly, polite, and respectful. The house was clean and tidy. The furniture was very elegant and modern. There was hot water and air conditioning in every room. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The decor and scent of the house was lovely and inviting, not overstated, very comfortable.

I visited from the USA abd stayed a couple days before my wedding. The space provided me peace and comfort before my big day. I will surely stay again beautiful experience

From the booking process to our ultimate stay, Nana was so accommodating, generous and kind to me and my guests. The home caretaker, Mr. Adjei was so responsive and helpful. The home itself is BEAUTIFUL and in a new and growing development in Tse Addo (right next to Airport Hills and Burma Camp), that is safe/secure. The house is 10-15 minutes from central Accra, so if you’re here to have access to neighborhoods like Osu, Labone or Cantonments (where a lot of nightlife and restaurants are located) or to the beach (Labadi, for example), it is all closeby. Nana was also helpful in securing a car and driver for the duration of our stay. Don’t look any further! Just book!

Nicholas maintained his communication with me right after landing till I got to the location although pretty late he waited for me and handed over the keys. Welcomed me with a little conversation getting to know me better. Best part of Frank's place is the patio where I could sit and enjoy the early morning sunshine without any intrusion. Room equipped with reuired items for morning coffee, no traces of unwanted smells in bathroom so I could take shower anytime. Nicholas a very nice gentleman was there for me one afternoon and drove me in his private car to visit my friends; that was a mark of going the extra mile of customer service at its peak! we all know how Internet is part of vacation Frank's Wi-Fi is of a good quality and that prompted me to ask Nicholas who the service provider is. Stable Internet! Frank's place is worth staying my next visit. Great deal of gratitudes to Nicholas!

I had a great stay at Babsie’s place. The apartment was cozy and had all the basics needed to feel at home. it was pristine, well stocked kitchen tools for those who like to cook and check-in was seamless. The building staff - from the security to reception to building maintenance and manager - are all very helpful and hospitable. Babsie was quick to respond to any issues with excellent communication and follow-through. I have stayed in many buildings around Accra and this by far had some of the best amenities - with a beautiful rooftop pool and gym, and views that make staying home just as luxurious as going out. The area is close to many restaurants and shops and Uber/Bolt comes quickly in the area to get to other attractions around town. I would highly recommend this unit for a single or couple staying in Accra.

Rita was more than a host, she made me feel like a sister and friend. super professional yet very caring. on day one, she checked on me and even recommended places i should visit. I have stayed in this apartment complex many times in the past but Rita's place surpasses my expectations and I would always stay in her home anytime, anyday. This host was just different in many good ways. She even offered daily housekeeping, something other hosts didn't provide. Thank you Rita

My seven day stay was amazing. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is close to all needed amenities. I was spoiled for choice with the restaurants in the area. Where do I even begin? Staying at meili casa was one of the best decisions I made on this trip. Desmond was really supportive, from picking me up from the airport, to having the best recommendations to local spots, also assisting with transportation around the city. He was very proactive and responsive. I highly recommend Desmond and I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Ghana.

The apartment was very spacious, immaculately clean, and located right in the heart of Accra, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Gina, the host, was simply amazing, responsive, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free, which I deeply appreciated. The experience was excellent from start to finish.
