Holiday rentals with a patio in Nilaveli Beach

Compound Walls and gate gives the maximum security the building and the rooms are 100% clean. Room boy cleans and mops the floor every day. Clean rooms and beds etc. Rooms are with air condition and water heaters make the stay more comfortable. I enjoyed my 3 months stay there. 10 mins walk to the popular Allasgarden beach. 5 mins walk to the restaurants and grocery shops. I recommend anyone goes to Tricomalee to select this RP Villa for stay.

Nous avons vécu une superbe expérience chez Roshan. Krijintha, notre contact direct, a été d’une grande réactivité. Merci infiniment pour leur disponibilité. L’appartement est facile d’accès, bien équipé et joliment meublé. La vue est superbe et l’environnement calme. La plage est à une minute à pied et des tuk-tuks sont à proximité. La cuisine spacieuse offre tout le confort nécessaire, les chambres sont grandes et les matelas très confortables. Le salon et la cuisine ouverte sont aussi très appréciables. Peut-être faudrait-il aménager le rooftop pour en profiter pleinement. Nous étions en famille et recommandons vivement cet appartement. Le personnel a toujours été réactif et a répondu à tous nos besoins, nous aidant à réserver des activités à bons prix et donnant de bonnes recommandations de restaurants et lieux touristiques. Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques ! Merci à vous !!! Et à très bientôt 😊

Bernard wasn’t on the place, but Suran helped us with everything on the place) Gave us the adapter to charge our phones, helped us to get warm water (we couldn’t manage with boiler🙈), helped us with laundry. The villa is located near the beach-main-road, so there was a lot of nice restaurants. We were out of season to swim, but we went to the beach and it was easily accessible too) Thanks a lot!

It was an amazing stay with our family at the Ocean front condo. Elaine, Rory and the attentive staff were very helpful and we had everything we needed. Waking up to the sunrise through the coconut trees from the bedroom was the best part of the morning. We hope to come back in future 😊

First things first, the photos don’t do the place justice! The apartment really is beautiful, there is so much space, it is very well equipped and felt really homely. The pool area is excellent and you are right on the beach. It’s perfect for early morning walks and evening swims, of which we did both. The bed was really comfortable too. Handy having a restaurant on site. Highly recommend this property.

Très grand logement, cuisine fonctionnelle, très propre. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et des activités sont possibles grâce à Srikanth qui possède un tuk et connaît bien le secteur. Très appréciable.

the house is new and clean. It’s good for group and family. i stayed one night this time, I want to stay more next time.

Absolument FABULEUX !! Après une semaine en vadrouille avec nos deux enfants de 11 et 7 ans dans le centre et le Nord du Sri Lanka, l'appartement de Thuraisingam était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait ! Un resort de très belle qualité, sur une plage absolument magnifique. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, la literie est top, les salles de bain également. Je recommande totalement !

Loved the place here. Everything was so organised and felt like we were staying in a 5 star property. The beach view was amazing! We made full use of our 2 day stay here by going to the beach and the pool. I had only 1 issue which is the lock in the common bathroom was not working. This was fixed in 1 day but , so that would be the only issue I faced. Outside of that I will highly recommend this place!

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

Все привет! Провели в данном комплексе две недели. Все было превосходно, один из немногих вариантов, где можно жить, как дома. Удобная кухня, просторные помещения, очень чисто, если нужно убраться, то персонал всегда приходил на помощь и делал свою работу безупречно. Может быть немного дорого показаться, но это стоит своих денег. Я однозначно рекомендую данное место, тем более внизу самый лучший ресторан в Тринко, где можно вкусно поесть. Хорошее интернет-соединение, так как я работаю удаленно, это спасало меня. Отличный пляж в шаговой доступности. Видно, что место новое и развивается, поэтому со временем оно будет только лучше.
