Hi, Welcome to our charming and freshly renovated apartment in the baroque palace in Perast, built more than 300 hundred years ago. This is a beautiful old stone house with light and airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. In front of the house there is a delightful terrace where you can relax and admire the picturesque surroundings. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).

My place is located in a peaceful part of Risan, but just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.
