Absolutely perfect. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, it was spotless. Everything as described and pleasant. The location is also great, peaceful and a bit uphill from the main center but still close by and convenient. Ranko is very kind, flexible, and accommodating. Thank you!

I fell in love with this place! It was part vacation, part working remotely - and the place was great! Private, still right in the very center of the town, at the corner of a pedestrian street, around the corner from groceries, shopping, walking distance to a park on the hill and a fortress. The host (Milena) treated me as her favorite cousin! - met me at the doorstep for my early morning arrival, walked around the place, provided me with all useful information, later helped me to find a rental car, local services, came to see me off the morning of my departure! Not only the place is equipped with all appliances, extra linens and towels, there were fresh fruit, tea and coffee, and even some cookies! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a place in Niksic

In my opinion the best place to stay in Niksic. Private parking, many shops and restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Instructions to check in were easy to follow. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would recommend anyone.

Loved it. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to the main street, close to shops and bakeries. We checked in very quickly, convenient instructions. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities, comfortable bed. The apartment is small but cozy. We had a great stay.

The place has an amazing view over the bay. It is really clean and the communication with hosts was great. This is a great value for money, I recommend it!

Olga’s apartment is even more beautiful than shown, whereas the photos of the surrounding just don’t do justice to the beauty of the location of this apartment. Olga is very responsive and kind, and always ready to give tips on what to do and where to go in the Kotor Bay. Absolutely recommended.

We rented an apartment for 2 weeks. We stayed with our family ( mom, dad, 5-year-old child and grandmother). Everyone had a great stay. Fenced area. The apartment is clean, new, just like pictures. The apartment is always comfortable, even without the air conditioning on, despite the fact that there is 35 on the street. It was nice to come out of the heat to the cool. Hosts responded immediately to all requests. Lovely place. The view from the roof is superb. Beauty! Everything is top notch! Thank you!

We spent a great holiday in a beautiful and atmospheric place. I highly recommend it. The renovated house has all the amenities. The swimming pool is great. The area is beautiful - peace and quiet. In the vicinity there is a donkey farm that does not disturb. Very good contact with the nice host of the house Marko and his father. Rating 10/10🙂

The house is right on the lake, where there were hardly any mosquitoes, but all sorts of other creepy-crawlies. You should be prepared for that. It is insanely beautifully located, quiet and private. In the morning we always got a short visit from a flock of sheep and goats and there is now a second cottage on the premises, which was uninhabited. When we were there in September, it was already getting a little cooler at night. The main room can be heated very well with the stove, but the bedroom remains unheated, so it is better to bring long things and adjust to chopping wood. The canoes were a great bonus to the house! Gorica was a great host, easily accessible and very helpful. We would come back anytime and recommend it to everyone!

It was a really great experience for us to meet Milena and her family. We are especially thankful for the help of her brother Nano. All the family members are wonderful, friendly and open-hearted people. We believe that it will be a great experience to be in Resna again in the summer. We will be back at the first opportunity. Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

This bnb is well located, very close to Perast with a nice terrace, parking in the courtyard and a laundry area for guests! Ivona is a great host, very kind, she pays attention to the wellbeing of her guests. She also gives a lot of tips of what to see and do, making sure we won't miss anything. We highly recommend Ivona's place to everyone!

Ivona is a great host who helped🥰 us with everything. There are beaches where you can swim in the sea right across from the house. We had a very comfortable holiday with an 8-year-old child. Dining and shopping are available within walking distance.

Simple accommodation with a magnificent view and well located in a quiet place in the mouths of Kotor (mountain lovers: there is a marked path at the end of the road at the top, which allows you to take again from the height with views to the Adriatic Good welcome on site There were 7 of us ( almost all adults) and as it's not very big it's probably more suitable for a family with small children but it will still be a great memory

We were greeted first by Marko's dad, a lovely man. Then Marko arrived in turn. Very friendly and warm. He answered our few questions. The place, very clean was as described in the listing. A bottle of wine and Easter cakes were waiting for us in the kitchen. The house is right at the waterfront with an exceptional view of the Kotor mouths. We have the opportunity to have lunch on the terrace facing the sea! It's super nice and peaceful. A few restaurants by the water are also a few minutes away. Small supermarket nearby. Perast, Kotor, and Tivat can be reached easily by car. We recommend 100%.
