You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (about 54km) services and activities!

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. The kitchen is retro, but with modern appliances. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower rooms are downstairs, shared with the other apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bedding and towels are washed with unscented detergent. You will sleep well in the smooth, fluffy sheets.

A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator. Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.
