The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Spacious apartment under the Lange Jan 1-4/5 people

In the center of Middelburg is this apartment overlooking the iconic abbey tower. It has its own entrance and is located above our lunchroom, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The apartment is completely private and suitable for 4 people with the possibility of a 5th person. There is a bedroom with separate sink and built-in closets and two sleeping lofts with a height of 1.80 meters. This is ideal for children, but also suitable for (young) adults.

B&B De ouwe meule - de molen

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.

You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
