In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Parking space for bicycles available NEW: There is a 2nd barrier-free vacation home "barn"

Waterfront vacation with private spa/wellness

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

Guest apartment for 1-2 people

Our guest apartment is located in Hemmendorf in a quiet location on the outskirts. In the area you will find numerous leisure facilities. In the neighboring village of Salzhemmendorf is the Ith-Sole-Therme, a wellness pool with a large sauna area. There are a variety of shopping opportunities for everyday needs, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, gas station, indoor pool and equestrian facility. There is also a bakery directly in Hemmendorf.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a 1908 villa. The approximately 94 square meters accommodate three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with a comfortable corner tub. Your own conservatory also represents your separate entrance. This apartment is located in a two-family home. We live in the apartment on the first floor, while the upper apartment is available for you. The apartment has a living and dining area, a bedroom and a shower room. The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the sun on warm days. The view from the window invites you to relax. The Deister is a few minutes' walk away, which invites you to take a nice walk or two.

Our apartment is 59 m² in a very quiet residential area on the edge of the Deister recreational area, with its diverse range of sports activities and recreation. Other excursion destinations that can be reached by public transport are Lake Steinhude, as well as Hanover with numerous sights, musical and cultural offerings. The exhibition grounds are also reachable by public transport.

Egestorf belongs to the city of Bad Münder, which is about 8 km away and is easily accessible by car or bike. The Rat Catcher town of Hameln is about 25 km away, even a stone's throw away. In this small village, with almost 400 inhabitants, we offer you a basement apartment with separate entrance on a surface of 55m². The small but well-equipped apartment can accommodate 3 people.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2-room basement apartment at the foot of the Deister. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails right outside the door. Shopping and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk (3 minutes by car). Bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed - living room is a passageway to the kitchen. Dogs are also welcome here.
