Beachfront holiday rental in Niendorf

Dear Gesine, even though we didn't see each other in person, we really enjoyed your place and the communication still worked very well. We were particularly impressed by the location. You are immediately on the dyke or on the beach. However, you have to walk a bit to the dog beach. But it worked well for us. My husband and I spent 2 nights in the Captain Suite with our child (16 months). It was wonderful! Everything was very clean, our child could crawl and play on the floor without hesitation. In addition, Julia prepared everything so wonderfully, providing small books and toys. A travel cot, a bed rail guard and a high chair were also provided. Such a lovingly prepared apartment is not to be found everywhere! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back :) Thank you!!!

The house is very nice, very extensively equipped and stylishly furnished. The communication before and during the stay worked well. From the location and immediate surroundings, nature is beautiful & the path to the beach is short, which is great, very unfortunate and negative, but I found the direct location on the village main road without a fence, which is not so suitable for holidays with a dog. With the beds, the mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of taste. Sauna in the garden great! There were also very nice people who take care of the garden and everything, the communication was always very warm and pleasant.

We stayed as a family in the Meeresprise apartment. The apartment is very large, great garden with loungers,terrace furniture and barbecue options. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We could easily play board games on the large dining table. The living room with very large balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom is really modern and very clean. We had a very nice time. We spent the turn of the year in this cozy Airbnb in Dahme and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the dog beach was right nearby – perfect for our four-legged friend. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was very functional and completely sufficient for 2-3 people. First location right on the promenade. If you like peace and quiet and like walking on the go. Parking available. Host very nice and always quick response times for questions. Will come back any time.

We really felt very comfortable in the small house right on the lake. If you are looking for pure nature and a lot of peace and relaxation, this is the place. The dock to the lake is almost right outside the front door. A rowing boat, badminton rackets and a ping pong table can be used at any time. For the cooler evenings there is a small sauna. Communication with Kirsten was seamless. We were able to be completely flexible at check-in and check-out. Kirsten kindly drove us to the bus stop to the neighboring village for departure. So really recommend!

Clear recommendation for the apartment Sundkieker! We felt at home from the first day. Great view, very good location, excellent starting point for bike rides, short distances to the Aalkate and Lütten, very high-quality, modern furnishings and all in all a feel-good place. Thomas can be reached quickly and the check-in and check-out worked smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

like last year, we felt very comfortable again in the great apartment, so nicely furnished..., so central, right by the sea and the pool is also great 😀 we will be back :)

Ms. Annette is a very thoughtful and warm person. The house is in an excellent location – waking up to sea views every morning, having breakfast there and enjoying the balcony is just wonderful. There is also a train station nearby the house that offers the opportunity to explore other coastal towns. The house was also very clean. We thank Ms. Annette for making this unique vacation possible for us.

I was very warmly welcomed by Barbara and Volker. Even though I arrived much too early, it was not a problem. The place was love at first sight🥰. Thank you both for the tasteful decor that made it feel right at home. Shopping is just a short distance away. The apartment is clean and well maintained and the terrace invites you to end the day in the evening. Barbara's excursion tips were worth their weight in gold. So I was able to set myself a new, impressive destination every day👍. The location of the apartment is perfect, as you can get from A to B super fast from there. Anyway, I had nice, relaxing days with Barbara and Volker and can only warmly recommend the two. I felt like I was on vacation with friends, just great!!! I will definitely return.🥰

We liked Heiligenhafen very much, we were very lucky with the weather. We were able to cycle (borrowed around the corner) bathing and hiking. Fehmarn and Grömitz (30 min. Removed), we also visited. All operators were in a mood and super nice.

The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Growing up in Northern Germany and now "at home" in the chaotic Ruhr area, I urgently needed a break from the pot – back to the North German idyll. And idyll describes Claudia's place quite accurately. I don't have to say much about the "basics" such as cleanliness and smooth handling – they were impeccable. But what really stands out again is the attention to detail: how a "small" space was so efficient, practical and at the same time so inviting & warmly designed, I was really enthusiastic. And of course, the whole thing is topped again through the balcony with the direct view of the sea.... Really a dream... Claudia is a warm, open and absolutely reliable host. I have nothing to complain about and am very happy that I came across their ad. Dear Claudia, Thank you again for everything. I will be happy to come back.

Beautiful stay with sea views We had a very nice time in the apartment on the Baltic Sea. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the sea view simply fantastic – waking up every morning overlooking the water was very special. Relaxed days over New Year's Eve in the accommodation in Hoben. Beautiful view of the sea, small garden, charging station right outside the door. We had a pleasant week and the communication with Torsten was great. We were warmly welcomed and were able to contact him with questions etc. at any time.

We had a fantastic stay at "Drööm Unter Reet". The house was not only beautiful, but also well equipped with numerous amenities that also made our stay extremely cozy. We were particularly enthusiastic about the sauna, which was an absolute highlight. Everything was perfectly prepared and the furnishings left nothing to be desired. Holger was an attentive host and made sure we could feel completely comfortable. If we had any questions, they were answered promptly. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend this holiday home!

We (3 adults and 3 children. 17, 13 and 10 years) were very happy with the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with enough dishes, silverware, pots and pans to cook for 6 to 8 people without any problems. The house is attractively furnished and the rooms have enough space for everyone. Quiet location in the countryside, good starting point for excursions in the area. Lübeck and Wismar are worth seeing and quite quick to reach. Annika and Burkhard are kind hosts who respond immediately to any issues. We had a very nice stay.

We had a very nice time on Fehmarn as a family of 4 with a small dog. The place is very nice and modernly furnished. In summer, the small terrace is certainly wonderful. The kitchen is perfectly decorated, we didn't miss anything. In addition, we liked the location right on the water, extensive dog walks were perfect. Nearby is a nice Italian restaurant and you can drive to Burg Castle (about 10 minutes by car) you will find various shopping facilities as well as restaurants. Communication was impeccable and we felt very well looked after. On the last evening of our stay we had to be evacuated due to a storm surge. We were also perfectly accompanied in this regard, informed and spontaneously accommodated in another apartment. All in all, Kai's place is highly recommended.

We spent a nice few days in the house. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and communication with Julia was very straightforward. The location right on the beach is really great and invites you to take walks.
