The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Loiva, etelään aukeava hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin lasten vesileikkeihin ja perheille on muutenkin paljon tekemistä mökillä ja lähialueella. Löytyypä meiltä myös trampoliini, nuotiopaikka ja vene. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the water. What's more, the location is perfect for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!
