Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

You will enjoy your time in this memorable home! It is small but very well divided! A quiet place with small farm shops, unfortunately no shop on site in Harmannsdorf Bäcker,. Two bicycles are also available if required. A shuttle service from Korneuburg is possible on weekends as few buses run! (€10 per trip) For children, a small play table with games and balance bike is available. Other bikes are also available by arrangement, as I have four children and many bikes available!

The bus station is located just steps away from the house. You can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes by car.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! The holiday apartment is located on the main square in the municipality of Ladendorf. The windows of the room go into the garden. The house, which dates back to the 70s, was completely modernized and renewed in 2020 with a lot of love and taste. Ladendorf is located in the heart of the wine district about 8 km from the district capital Mistelbach and about 35 km north of Vienna.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
