Ideal für Cosyfans, Naturfreunde, neugierige Abenteurer-innen und alle die das Besondere lieben. Kochmöglichkeiten gibt es im Gewächshaus & in der Outdoorküche. Das Duschvergnügen ist im Beachhouse. Historic, rustic farmhouse, modernized with 3 floors. The house is quietly situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by woods and pastures with a view of the Alpstein. There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Apartment on the first floor and second floor

The property is on Appenzellerstrasse, which leads from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright and offers on the ground floor and 1st floor plenty of space for 3-4 people. It is a patrician house, ceilings are higher (2.20 m) than typical Appenzell houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cots available. Dogs are welcome. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the road. Important: A separate ad is also placed on Airbnb to rent the whole house (8 people).

Our Afrizell house is located in the middle of Appenzell, in Ried, the oldest cooperative settlement in Europe. Four minutes' walk from the train station, seven minutes' walk from the lively village center, with private garden and stylish décor - pure relaxation. The house is the starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Alpstein, museum visits and forest walks. Everything is easily accessible by Appenzell train or the Rufbus [on-call bus]. An invitation to slow down.

The rural, bright and cozy Stöckli (small annex on the farm) offers plenty of space for a family or a group for about 6 people.+ 2 emergency beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beautiful views of the countryside. Directly on the farm. Garden with barbecue area is available. Numerous destinations in the region. Meat can be obtained from our own production. Many animals such as cows, horses and dogs live on our farm. Guest boxes are available for holiday guests.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
