New beautiful modern studio, perfect location in the city center, overviewing the river & old town. Highspeed wifi and full equipped kitchenette and own modern bathroom with bath/shower. The apartment is in the 3rd floor with elevator . Many trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques around in the area in the beautiful historical city. Only 10 walking minutes to the lake or to the main railstation with direct access to the airport and mountains. Residential car-free area. You will love the place !

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Von dieser charmanten Unterkunft aus ist es nicht weit bis zu beliebten Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch nahe zur Uni und ETH und zum Fluss und See. Sehr zentral gelegen! Man sieht aus dem Zimmer über die Dächer von Zürich. Ein schöner Raum mit Wasser und WC. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Keine richtige Küche. Duschen kann man im 1. Stock. Das Zimmer ist im 4. bzw 5. Stock. Das Waschbecken ist im Zimmer, die Toilette nebenan. Es hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse.

"We had a wonderful stay at Rakesh's house! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Zurich’s beautiful old town. Everything you could need is within walking distance, from supermarkets to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. The nearest tram stop is only 50 meters from the house, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a large bathroom with a bathtub, plus an additional WC. Although Rakesh was out of town during our stay, he was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Zurich!"

We stayed with Narcisa for a whole week and it was a lovely experience. She is a great host, she gave us lots of recommendations, made conversation with us, and was overall very personable. The location was close to both the tram and the bus which was helpful, and the room came with coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, utensils, and she even provided a small backpack and water bottle to have picnics. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend staying with Narcisa if you are visiting Zurich, she is incredibly sweet!

I had a pleasant stay at Bert's and Kamil's place. They are very kind, helpful and respectful. The location is quite central, easy access to the train station and airport. They provide a well organized, pristine and peaceful experience. Oh, their dog is an absolute angel. Thank you Kamil and Bert for your hospitality.
