It is located on the Interlaken - Lucerne railway line and the Way of St. James (brother Klaus). Many excursion destinations in central Switzerland (e.g. Pilatus, Engelberg, Melchsee-Frutt) are close by. The two-story house and garden are very family-friendly (not accessible). The region is a good starting point for excursions all over Switzerland (winter and summer).

The house is ideal for families or those seeking relaxation and offers plenty of space around the house to relax and linger in the great outdoors. The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The former stable was converted into a charming home a good 30 years ago and renovated and newly furnished a few months ago with a lot of love for detail. The beautiful wood paneling gives the house a homely charm. A small paradise where you can relax and unwind. Far away from the hustle and bustle and yet very central.
