Holiday rentals with a sauna in Nidwalden

Axelle was a perfect host. From initial welcome to goodbyes we had short but interesting conversations thought out my stay at Gersau. I was looking for a peaceful gateway with options to do hiking.and Axelle helped me in identifying hiking routes along Mt Rigi. The place offer amazing view of lake, nearby restaurants are also good. Regular ferries, buses makes your transport seamless and satisfying. Look forward to visit again.

Very nice apartment with an excellent location for us who visit Engelberg for skiing. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

First of all, thanks to Hedi for her good hosting, the house was a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds, and in the lounge, a double bed complete with salt and downing Sugar, the most beautiful tea I saw Korner games for children with various and beautiful games. I myself attracted me from the beauty of a small backyard and a session in which there is a small backyard and a session in which the children are sedentary Two things need to be taken into account. The apartment is considered in the attic means a third role that does not benefit the elderly and you must pay attention to your steps because the staircase is spiral. I hope there is a Shattaf and Smart TV, but there is nothing short of the beauty of the place 💜💛

Great apartment on 2 floors with super views from the upper bedroom and cozy fireplace. Sauna, steam room for private use were great, top location just outside the village, therefore quiet, but vis-a-vis from Brunni trains. Everything worked out great, we will be happy to come back!

This place shows much better than the pictures. It was quiet, great location and such a great town. The pool was quiet and relaxing after a long day of hiking. There were a few things advertised that were difficult to find and we had to ask, like the pool, laundry and parking spot. There was a playground that was small but big enough to entertain the kids a bit. We would definitely go back and loved the town.

Everything was tip top, everything worked out great. Very pleasant apartment, enough space for 2 people, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious sun terrace. James is very helpful and friendly, has helpful tips and responds quickly. Thank you for the good care, we felt very much at home. Good starting point for our bike tours in the area. Supermarket and restaurants right around the corner. Only the bell tower next door rings very loudly and very frequently (every 15 minutes) and at 7 am also very long. The Bimmelprogramm runs between 5 pm and midnight. If you have a light sleep, it's a bit annoying :-)

Beautiful, light and spacious apartment with a wonderful sunny balcony and modern kitchen. Perfect location - quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes walk to the train station, gondola and restaurants. Fabrizio and Katja were very welcoming on arrival and always on hand if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable at Grit & Ernst. The apartment is cozy and very spacious. The sofa corner invites you to relax. In the spacious kitchen area there is a lot of storage space and everything your heart desires. The dining table is located under a skylight that unblocks the view of the trees and thus creates a beautiful feeling. Here, too, the space is generously sized. The "bedroom corner" is also very spacious and equipped with plenty of storage space. Everything, including the very large bathroom, was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. There is enough space to stay on the adjacent balcony and we were able to enjoy the afternoon sun. Grit and Ernst were very accessible and our dog was also very welcome. My wife and I had a magical few days at Rita's loft. The situation is incredibly tranquil with lapping water and birdsong and the Loft is thoughtfully designed with a high spec and everything we needed. Rita was a friendly, informative and responsive host and we look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Roger’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view was beautiful, and we loved the modern design of the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the Lucerne area, and everything we needed was available. Roger was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Maria was a wonderful host! The place was as described. The Swiss breakfast was great! Nice and quiet even with shared spaces. We hope to come back to Luzern and stay again someday.

With friends we spent the ski holidays in Disentis and enjoyed the time very much. The house is perfectly furnished and all desirable details are available. Despite little snow, we easily got to the main gondola in Disentis. Sedrun/Andermatt are also easily accessible, but coordination with the public transport schedules in advance is worth it. We can highly recommend the house and the hosts

Even though we arrived later than the originally scheduled check-in time, the host was very worried that we wouldn't be able to find the house and waited for us to check in. The host is very kind and thoughtful. The condition of the accommodation is impeccable, and the scenery is even more amazing.. (Actually, I talked about the scenery alone. I'm looking at it, but it still seems like a composite.) I was really satisfied with the sauna facilities. If the surroundings are too dark, it may be difficult to find, so please pay attention to the check-in time! If you are late like us, you will suffer a lot. Even though we arrived later than the original check-in time, the host was very worried that we would not be able to find the house and waited for us to check in. The host was very kind and thoughtful. The conditions at the house were impeccable and the scenery was even better. I was very satisfied with the sauna. It can be difficult to visit when the surroundings get too dark, so pay attention to the check-in time! If you're late with us, you'll suffer a lot.

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

Yvonne communicated with us often. Carmen met us at the house and explained everything about the house and area to us. We absolutely loved the house on 3 levels and amazing views from all 3 levels. The spa tub, sauna, and cold plunge were the icing on the cake. There is so much to do in Vitznau/Mt Rigi Spa/Ferry around the lake, and so much more. We will stay here again, soon!

Lidiya is a great host and we loved her place. The only issue which we felt is the air conditioning in the house which in summer is a must.

Travelled with my wife and 3 adult children and there is so much to say about this beautiful home. Outside: Very large private garden that is well designed, well cared for, and very private. The garden is directly on the lake and has sun loungers and multiple seating areas. We swam daily off the private dock and we took out the sup boards and the electric boat which were great fun, as was the diving board on the dock. Also table tennis table and racket ball games provided. Inside: Many areas for everyone to spread out. TV room, kitchen area, dining room with table, conservatory, and glass covered outdoor dining area. Master bedroom was modern with great view of lake. Another great feature was the sauna in the upstairs bathroom. Nothing like sauna followed by a dip in the lake. Overall we loved our time here. We’ve stayed in many AirBnBs around the world but this was our favourite. The garden is the real gem. You can spend the whole day and night there. Just book it!

It was a pleasure to be there. The place is enchanting on the slope and offered everything we dreamed of. 5-star! We'll be back
