Note that the stairs up can be perceived as steep and demanding for people who are bad at their feet. We live in a wall ourselves, and we are happy to rent to quiet and responsible people

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
