Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Nicoya Peninsula

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Palmas! The place was great, private and an amazing location. Pictures really didn’t do it justice—right on the beach! I was 6 months pregnant and had no trouble getting around, the walk to downtown Tamarindo was easy, can walk along the beach or streets, we always felt safe. Nick was very responsive and helpful. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de un excelente fin de semana en Luxana, el apartamento muy seguro, bien equipado y muy cómodo, tal como se aprecia en las fotos, Ana y Luis siempre resolvieron nuestras dudas y se preocuparon por que nos sintieramos de la mejor manera, rodeado de restaurantes y comercio en general y a 10-20 minutos en auto de las principales playas, el apartamento estuvo dispoble antes del check-in y nos permitieron irnos unas horas después del check-out, lo que nos permitió un mayor disfrute... Sin lugar a dudas volvería a Luxana!

Our stay was fantastic. Elvis was an amazing host who was incredibly responsive and immediately helped book and coordinate tours and provide local recommendations. The accommodations are far better than the pictures and some of the best quality builds of the places we have stayed in Costa Rica. Viewing the wildlife on the balcony was a major plus and we will undoubtedly be back again.

El apartamento es precioso, todo luce tal cual se ve en las fotos. El ambiente era acogedor y la cocina estaba totalmente equipada. La vista a la piscina crea un entorno de disfrute y verano. Volvería sin duda al lugar!

Un apartamento super amplio y cómodo, impecable, con una ubicación muy conveniente. La pasamos muy bien, y el host esta pendiente a cualquier pregunta que uno tenga. ¡Se los recomiendo a todos!

Comincio col dire che Alejandro è un host attento gentile,reattivo e super disponibile ed è circondato da uno staff eccezionale,Maria Elena e Jessica che sono professionali,simpatiche,gentili e disponibili. Il piccolo condominio si trova a 2 minuti di macchina e 10 a piedi da Playa Carillo,una delle spiagge più belle che ho visto in Costa Rica,è bello e tenuto molto bene,la piscina è pulita e accogliente e le stanze sono belle,pulite e ordinate,c'è anche un piccolo angolo cottura,forse un pò difficile da usare per cucinare,sopratutto per 4 persone ma vicino agli alloggi ci sono diversi ristoranti, da non perdere l'argentino "Colibrì",che merita davvero,mai mangiata una carne così buona. Una cosa molto bella è che Alejandro mette a disposizione degli ospiti, non solo gli asciugamani per la spiaggia ma anche seggioline,ombrellone, borsa frigo e boogie board con le quali i miei figli si sono divertiti come matti. SIAMO STATI BENISSIMO!!

We loved our stay at Casa del Rio!! The house was amazing and our kids really enjoyed the pool at the house. It is located inside a resort. It was so nice to have the privacy and space of the house for our group, but also free breakfast at the resort restaurant and access to the resort spa services (definitely recommend getting a massage!). The staff were very helpful and flexible with all of our requests. The only issue we had was the washing machine not working, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

We absolutely loved our stay! The jungle setting was super peaceful but still close to the beach, coffee, and great restaurants. The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our host was the best—super helpful, quick to respond, and gave us the best local tips. Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay in Jaco was MADE thanks to Christian’s home. Exactly as depicted in the pictures and better - the bathrooms felt like a spa oasis with the high ceilings and outdoor feel. The complex pool was right next to the unit and most days, felt like our private pool. The complex itself felt very safe and private. While Jaco beach isn’t the star of the show, our airbnb location was ideal for accessing all the other great beaches, nature preserves, etc. in the area. And, when going out isn’t in the plans for that day (we stayed there for a month), the vacation vibes kept vibing thanks to the pool, patio, and pretty parakeets that seem to live onsite. 😉 …thanks for your recommendations (Tsunamis for sushi is a must!), above and beyond accommodations (beach chairs and towels), and prompt replies during our stay! Optimal host and stay.

L’hôte (Marlon) était très réactif et était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir avec une grande classe. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans le salon, cuisine et dans chacune des 3 chambres. Il y a également trois ventilateurs sur pied. La piscine du complexe à proximité du logement avec plusieurs bassins et aménagement est très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons.

This was a great place where we felt so lucky to have landed! The Villas are off the beaten path but still so close to everything in Samara town. We were thankful to be able to walk to and from the beach without having to spend much time on the busy town roads. The property is wonderfully maintained with beautiful landscaping. Our rental was furthest from the road and wonderfully private and quiet. We were delighted to be treated to so much space both inside and out. It included a large private covered patio with comfy furniture and a large dining table. Inside, the beds were all comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure and warm water, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and clean up meals and there were 3 AC units that made our stay there totally comfortable.

Great space if you’re looking to enjoy time with family and friends. The complex pool is right behind the house. There are pool supplies inside the outside storage. The living room area was amazing as we used the TV for music and cook at the same time. We really didn’t feel the need to leave for anything as we had everything we wanted in here. The pool was a highlight! (There’s also a little cooler for ice to take into the pool. Make sure to buy plastic cups 😌) Finally I have to say that we left very happy and satisfied with how safe it felt! Definitely a 10/10

The building is new so it hasn't been occupied very long so everything in the unit is new as well. You won't find an airbnb that is stocked better than this one - anything you can need and more is in the unit. A nice addition is the fact that Netflix and Youtube is provided on the TV's without having to enter your own account numbers. Furthermore, I often stay in airbnb's and I often struggle with how various things operate but every accessory and electronic device has owners manuals nearby to help with the learning curve - very nice touch! The building is right on the beach so obviously the view is great and the two pools are fantastic. The security people are friendly and helpful and it is a very secure property. You must also check out the view of the area from the rooftop patio. Barry was extremely efficient with suggestions and help with the unit.

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

Apartamento muy bello y moderno , decorado con muy buen gusto .Con una vista estupenda a Playa Blanca .Doña Marcela fue una exelente anfitriona con mucha experiencia que te orienta en cada momento, en resumen un lugar fantástico y divertido para pasar relajado con la naturaleza!

We had a wonderful stay here in Tamarindo! Lucio was an amazing and friendly host, greeting us at the apartment and taking time to show us around, provide helpful restaurant recommendations, offer beach supplies, etc. The apartment was clean and very accessible to the beach and downtown shopping / restaurants. We loved spending time on the large balcony with ocean views and watching the hummingbirds visit the feeder. Thanks for a great stay, Lucio!

Emilie's condo was perfect. It was easy to check in and the instructions were very clear. The unit was on the second floor with 2 separate bedrooms and a bed in the loft. It had a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and pans for cooking and preparing food. Plenty of beach chairs, pool towels and other things to make it feel like home. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and well maintained - felt like being in a tropical forest. The other residents were also friendly. The BEST part was how helpful and responsive Melissa, Emilie's assistant, was. Melissa was always VERY friendly, answered any questions I had about the condo and how to get to places. Always answered in minutes of my requests. She was proactive with check in and check out instructions and all were very detailed. This made us feel at home.

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
