Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

On a été un peu surpris au départ par cette petite allée et ce logement atypique différents des autres, mais aussi très vite habitué. Le logement était propre bien équipé et bien situé et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien passé.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mai’s apartment for 8 days. The bedrooms were spacious and suitable for my family — my 75-year-old parents, my 15-year-old niece, my 8-year-old daughter, and myself. Kitchen adequate, even has an airfry. The location was excellent. We could easily reach the apartment from the airport by bus No. 152, which took about 30 minutes to Hàm Nghi bus stop, followed by a 5-minute walk. Bus No. 152 also took us to popular attractions like the Independence Palace (Dinh Độc Lập), Notre-Dame Cathedral (Nhà thờ Đức Bà), and the Central Post Office. The apartment is near local markets and lots of street food options. Ben Thanh Market is only about 300 yards away — from there, we could access the new MRT (metro line) Cost for bus No. 152 is 5,000 VND pp (~ £0.2) Metro from Ben thanh to Opera House is 7,000 VND and they only take cash.

Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.

This Airbnb is situated in a cute/quiet alleyway neighborhood in the heart of District 1. With the hustle and bustle of the City, I found this area super safe and easy to find. The Airbnb itself was modern and super clean to my liking! It accommodated all 9 of my family, leaving everyone with a bed to sleep on. Since we were traveling and heading from and to another city/country, the plus was the washer and dryer too!! Amy and Yao was very kind and responsive to all my questions. They also sent suggestions too and are very knowledgeable if you need specific recommendations. The only part that was difficult to navigate was the codes for the gate/door, takes some practice but we were able to understand it afterwards. Other than that, overall we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City for the area/price/big group/accommodations. Great stay!
