좋은 숙소였습니다. 각방과 1,2층 거실에도 설치되어 있는 에어컨, 따듯한 물이 나오는게 좋았습니다. 덕분에 짧은 일정 좋은 추억 쌓고 갑니다.

이곳과 이 곳의 호스트는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 주변안내부터 시설 모든것이 깨끗하고 마음에들었습니다

수영장이 좋으며 매일 청소를 해주는 것도 좋았습니다. 사생활이 보장되고 윗층에는 엘레베이터를 타니고 다닐 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 호스트의 응답은 빠르고 친절해서 문의사항들을 빠르게 처리할 수 있었습니다.

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

호스트가 밤늦은 시간에 체크인하는중에 연락했는데도 너무나 친철하게 안내해주어서 불편함이 전혀 없었음. 집도 너무 청결하고 용품들이 잘 준비되어 있었고 부이비엔까지 도보 5분안에 갈수 있음. 타운하우스가 넓어서 생활하기 편하였고 1층에 식당에 무척 잘 되어있음.

Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

Linh’s place was a great stay for my friends and I who were staying in Saigon to explore the city. Because we were located in District 1, all the Grab times were super short. This place fit the three of us very comfortably and Linh was responsive to our needs as well as super kind and friendly. The Airbnb is a bit tucked away from the main street but all the check in instructions were very clear and wasn’t really a problem. To all future travelers staying here, have a great time and eat well in Saigon!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

The cost is really valuable to a private house at downtown in HCMC, I will be book again

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.
