Chayana is very responsive and helpful. The accommodation is very well located on a residential street, secure, in a rather green environment. It is close to the Golden Brioche. The market is a five-minute walk away. There are also restaurants and shops. It is located on the third floor, but there is always a friendly guard to help carry the bags up. The living room and bedroom are nice, spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned. The bathroom and kitchen are functional but in my opinion would need renovation. I recommend this apartment, which is very rare on the market.

Mamie was responsive, kind and respectful. Her place was beautiful and at a desirable location. She was patient when I needed to extend my stay.

Apparently accessible, quiet, clean, liveable

I had a great time in this studio, perfectly located to discover Dakar. Everything was as advertised: the security in the building is reassuring, the caretaker is available, and the setting is very pleasant. The place is great for one to two people, especially for a first stay in Dakar. I wish I could have stayed longer but the studio was already booked. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay in another apartment in the same building, on the fourth floor. That's how good I felt here! I will come back without hesitation for a longer period. I would highly recommend this rental. It's a 10/10
