Vintage 4 berth Caravan - set in private garden in 2 acres of woodland with views of Strangford Loch. This is camping! There’s no shower or flushing toilet but there is electricity, heating and water, gas cooking, barbecue etc.
“Sarah's caravan is compact, well equipped and beautiful. Sarah was on hand when we needed anything but also respected our privacy. We spent a lovely afternoon exploring the garden, gathering sticks from the woodland floor and playing cards at the picnic table. Our children enjoyed the hammock, the swing ball set, the den in the woods and hiding in fern taller than they are. Hens were freely roaming and we made their freshly laid eggs into French toast for our breakfast. Sarah's partner was very considerate as he waited each morning until we were up and about before continuing his summerhouse construction and gave us some off cuts of wood for the fire pit. Toasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate around the fire was the perfect end to the evening. Be sure to pack those when you stay here! Highly recommended.”
My home is situated 1 mile from the quaint village of Crawfordsburn and 1 mile from Bangor. It is a well presented 3 bed semi detached home within close proximity to a range of tourist attractions and within walking distance to Carnalea Golf Club and many delightful coastal walks. The train halt and bus stop are only a short stroll away to make commuting very easy. The City airport is only a 15 minute drive away and the International 40. Very well behaved dogs are welcome to stay.
“Before me and my boyfriend stayed, the communication and friendliness with Linda was amazing as well as fast. Although Linda wasn't home during our initial stay, she answered our questions fast and made sure we are safe and comfortable during. Our room was quite stylish and comfy as well as airy and the window is really pleasant to look through especially when it rains. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Linda had provided towels, sweets and coffee. The TV was in our room as well and there were hangers to hang our coats and jackets in the room. I am very thankful for Linda for us to use her kitchen when we ordered food and made some. The house is very very stylish and has its own cute charm - quite a comfy and modest feeling. Location is good as it is 15 min walk from Bangor with its train station and by the house is a nearby path to a beautiful ocean and a rocky path alongside which is perfect especially at night. Linda was also very helpful as my boyfriend missed his flight and at the last minute she offered a night cheaper. She also drove us to the train station to which I am extremely grateful for (especially my feet). Overall an amazing experience, an amazing stay.. what else can you ask for? If you are looking for a warm homely experience in an accommodation within Northern Ireland I strongly recommend Linda's home.”

“The flat was super clean, spacious and lovely. A lot of great amenities such as eggs, bread, milk, coffee, tea as well as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and much more! The big bath towels were super comfortable and very much appreciated after using the Jacuzzi bath. There are buses going to Belfast every 30 minutes and the bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. I had issues with the WiFi upon check-in and contacted Christina quite late in the evening. However Christina got back to me right away and resolved the issue. Massive thanks to an amazing host :-)”
