josh was a very respectful and responsive host I had no problems at the home everything was the way he said it was the washer and dryer is clean and works very well,I had hot water in both bathrooms, the beds were clean and made and it wasn't to far from Gatlinburg or pigeon forge and there is a lot of food choices in the area I am very happy withy stay I will definitely be renting from him again when I go to Tennessee

We had such a great stay at Chad's place. We felt right at home and had everything we needed! Gorgeous views, great property and value, and Chad and his family were super kind. Our favorite part was definitely spending time with Sunny the pig though!

Cody and Kendra were very responsive and flexibile with me on my trip. As for the tiny home, it was very clean and a wonderful place to stay. Wifi was a bit tempermental at times, but Cody and Kendra made sure I was well aware about that and a DVD player was avaliable for entertainment. There was even some free oatmeal and snacks there which was very nice. I defiently recommend Cody and Kendra's tiny home to anyone travelling to East Tennessee.

Gary and Amanda are lovely people! They were extremely friendly and hospitable. Beautiful house and area, very cozy. Will absolutely be back!
